In general, which one have you found harder to get for pugs?
on each of my hybrid classes I ALWAYS carry two sets of armor.
want to learn how to play a pally? step one...you are a hybrid class, YOU could have been the tank.
yes, we thought of that but at the same time we couldn't find a 5th to fill the group. Sure, we could have attempted it with only 4 people but nobody else in the group wanted to give it a shot except myself and my hunter friend. So that totally negates your "proof"
I am amazed you spent sooo much time doing nothing when you could have been in there playing the game.

You have provided a perfect example of what I posted about...the "if I cannot have it perfect I am not going" attitude.
It's not like we just stood there all night LFM. The 3 of us in the area quested together. So, we did get stuff accomplished other than "wasting time" as you put it. As for the "I'm not going attitude, it's kinda hard to run an instance if you don't have agreement from everyone in the group. The timeframe was from roughly midnight to 5am. The only other person (mage) on LFG for Ramps said he was going to bed. Only way I got the two I had was from asking in general and LFG channel. If the "if it's not perfect attitude" came into play, it wasn't on my part because I was ready to go. I personally don't mind dying a few times to get something accomplished where as a lot of people will gripe and complain about the repair bill. Heck, as it was I died a couple times on my hunter because we pulled to many and believe me, that bill wasn't cheap. Did I complain once? no..
look at your group "myself (holy pally) a bm hunter, enhance shammy, 68 rogue"
pally can tank, shaman DPS and heals, rogue handles sap right off so thats CC and lots of DPS after, BM hunter means his pet CAN off tank for while and traps make for even more CC.

I would say you had a fine group started and could have taken ANY other class and gotten the job done without much trouble.
and once again, only other person available was a mage and he said he was going to bed. Nobody else replied to me asking in the general or LFG channels. So instead of not getting the instance done before I went to bed, I duel logged and ran us through. Group ended up being my 70 BM Hunter, a 61 BM Hunter, 63 Priest and a 61 Enhance Shammy. Yeah, we died a few times but I've never had to be the main tank on my hunter before either. It was a first time experience for me.
